Personal data may be collected in the form of: name, telephone number,address, email address. This data may be collected during the course of the enquiry, reservation or booking process.
We do not actively or deliberately collect personal sensitive information,e.g. age, sexual orientation, religion.
The use of data collected
Data is used for the following purposes:

Handling payments
Managing contacts and
For sending messages such as our newsletter, re-marketing and customer targeting.
Data is used exclusively by Pexton Moor Farm. Data collected will not be passed on or sold to any other third parties.
Storage of data
Any data stored is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Accessing data
You have the right to access your personal data. You can do this by contacting the Data Controller in writing, and you will need to provide proof of ID.
